A hunting app for the West.

The company

S7 Outdoors, Inc. is a Montana company. We build software for people who hunt the West — the kind of country where the road ends a long way from where you are going.

The company was incorporated in 2026 and is owned by the three people who work on it. We are not venture funded and we do not sell advertising.

Scout 4D

Scout 4D is our first product: an iPhone app that lets a hunter see the country he hunts in three dimensions, and keep it with him when there is no signal. It is a tool, not a game — built for the hours before the hunt and the ones during it.

Scout 4D is in private testing now and will be released as an annual membership. It is not for sale yet.

How we handle your data

A hunter's spots are his own. We do not sell location data, we do not show one hunter's spots to another, and nothing a hunter records is contributed anywhere unless he turns it on himself. That is a design decision, not a policy footnote — see our privacy policy for the details.
